We would like to acknowledge that Lavender Tusk and it's locations are on the Haldimand tract, traditional territory of the Anishinabewaki ᐊᓂᔑᓈᐯᐗᑭ, Attiwonderonk (Neutral), Haudenosaunee, Mississauga, and Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation land.
We honour and respect these nations as the traditional stewards of the land and water where Lavender Tusk is now present.
The mere acknowledgement of land rights is not enough. We will continue to raise awareness and share privilege with Indigenous communities.
"Lavender Tusk means Feminine Awakening. It is a safe space to be human and multidimensional. It is coaching meets peer support from a lived experience and trauma-informed perspective. Supporting individuals with mental health challenges, chronic illness, chronic pain and providing community care through psychospiritual education, rest and reconnection with nature. This space was created to help you shift from anxious to alignment and live your truth. Thank you for being!"
